1. What does Edsam Ent do?
Ans. We shop all products that can be found in UK and USA on behalf of customers in Ghana and deliver to them.
2. Where do i find the products i want to order?
Ans: Simply click on the UK or USA shopping site page on this site. We have lists of websites you can find your products on. Please note that the list on our site is not all the online shops in USA and UK.
3. How do I order what i find on any UK/USA shopping website?
Ans: Just click on place an order on our site and fill the order form by inserting the product details and your details as well as the website you found the product on.
4. How do I place an order if I dont have internet access?
Ans: Please call/ text 0200160428 and give us details of what you want to order and we will do the search for you and give you feed back
5. After I send the order, what next?
Ans:We will cross check the product details and stock availability and compute the total cost including our commission and delivery charge to Ghana and send it to you to make Payments. After payment is made, we will order your products from the site you sent us and despatch to you when it's delivered to us.
6. Can I pay in installments?
Ans: No. This is because we don't have stock of the products you require. We order from UK stores when you order and therefore have to pay in full for the stores to send your products to us for delivery to you.
7.How long does delivery take?
Ans: Our super saver delivery (bulk delivery) is scheduled to leave the UK every 2 weeks by air which becomes available for collection the next working day. Customer are adviced to expect their deliveries 2 weeks after payment is made. This supersaver delivery is for smaller items.
Larger items can be sent by sea or air. By air will take 7 working days after it has been despatched and by sea, 4 to 6 weeks.
8. Will you deliver to my door?
Ans:Orders sent by sea will be to your door. Orders sent via our supersaver delivery would have to be collected from our agent.
9. Do you clear the cars in Ghana?
Ans:Unfortunately we do not do the clearing in Ghana. We buy and ship cars to the Harbour for customers to clear themselves. If perhaps customers have difficulty in finding clearing agents, we could recommend some agents for them.
10. Why is your exchange rate different?
Ans: Our exchange rate is a combination of sell rate and bank transfer charges that's why it's slightly different.
