ORDER AND PAYMENT
Like any other online shop, Edsam requires full payment before orders are placed. We will not place your order until payment is made into our accounts. Please note that we do not accept cheques or cash paid directly to our partner. All payments must be made to the bank. This is to avoid any risk of cash theft or cheque bouncing.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices on this website includes all charges but availabilty of the products can't be guaranteed to be in stock since we don't keep stock of them. All priced products on our website are offers from different U.K shops and not sold directly by us. Please note that we don't have any power to reserve goods in various online shops on your behalf.
EXCHANGE RATES
Our exchange rates vary according to the forex market. We use the pound sell rate. Our rate might be slightly higher than the prevailing market sell rate because of bank charges we will incur in transfering the money from Ghana to U.K.
DELIVERIES

UK Deliveries
Our bulk deliveries by air is scheduled to run every 14 working days but subject to alterations. Orders delivered via our bulk deliveries are deemed to be collected by customers from our partner. Other delivery options will be delivered to your door or post box by the delivery company.
Please note that we do not have control over the delivery times of the UK/USA stores you order from. Orders will be despatched depending on when we receive your orders from the stores.SERVICE AND DELIVERY CHARGES
These charges are calculated per complete order. Any discounts applied to a completed order wouldn't apply to any additions made later on. Any additions will be treated as a new order and therefore new charges will apply. Discounts on bulk purchases esp. electrical products such as mobile phones will not be valid if customers require the phones to be delivered in their boxes.
ORDER COLLECTIONS
Customers that opt for the bulk delivery option are deemed to collect their items in person/authorised person from our partner at Quarshieman.She does not deliver to your door. If you want your items delivered to your door, the please opt for the door to door option which is a little expensive.
CUSTOMS
Some products especially electrical products may be subject to custom charges when delivered to Ghana. Those charges cannot be determined by us. In event of any customs charges on customers' ordered products, you will have to pay those charges when your goods are delivered to you.
RESPONSIBILITY
Edsam will not be responsible for condition of items sold by various UK/USA sellers you choose. We will do our best to get the right item from right suppliers but if you insist on a particular seller for a product and we buy from that seller on your behalf, we won't be responsible in case there is a problem with that item.
